Joining the fun!

Well I decided to join all the fun! I have a little extra time on my hands now that I am staying at home. I totally love being home with my kids! I wish I would have done it sooner! Well I guess I will give an update... Shad and I have been married for 8 years now ( I think)! Wow time has flown by! We have had 3 kids together, unfortunetly we lost our first little boy Payden, he was stillborn. He was born on December 13 2001. He would be 6. It was a very hard thing for us, but as you all know what doesn't kill us makes us stronger! So soon after our little Gracie came along (surprise!) I wanted to wait a while to get myself together, but God had other plans, and as much as I wanted to think he had made a mistake, I knew that wasn't possible. So after a lot of tears and being scared out of my mind she arrived on November 11 2002. I was so glad to not be pregnant anymore, but I was scared to death to be a mom, I had spent all of my time worrying about getting through this pregnancy that I hadn't given much thought about actually bringing her home and taking care of her! But she is now 5 years old and so full of life! I can't picture us without her, my mom warned me I would get a daughter just like me, I hate to admit it, but she was right! She is very much like me and I find myself telling her the same things my mom told me! And on September 18 2007 we welcomed home our long awaited little boy Acen, beleive it or not it really did take my 5 years to decide to have another one, I was so scared! Honestly if Gracie wouldn't have came so suddenly, it might have taken me that long to have just her. But it has all worked out and everyone is here and healthy! Gracie is starting Kindergarten this September and she is so excited to ride the bus! Acen is rolling over and so close to sitting up, I can't beleive it! Shad and I are getting ready for another busy summer going to the horse races, but we have so much fun and it's good family time!
